I learned a lot working in larger companies, but I’m driven to make a meaningful impact on small businesses. I come from a long line of family-owned companies - both sets of my grandparents, my parents, and my father-in-law have all started or ran small businesses in the Dayton community. I grew up working behind the counter at my parents’ deli and catering business.
